Their main goal in life is to seek out candy and cookies. Wish I could be little again (without the dysfunctional relationships), never really had a childhood.

on my porch.....we watched the sunset ...swapped
stories and drank iced tea.

Grateful even if I didn't have a childhood, I can have the best adult life by sharing moments of sheer happiness with my loved ones. We can't do anything about the past, but can change the perspective on the past. Grateful I didn't need to rely on alcohol due to this c rap day, but tomorrow morning is a new day

Grateful for my first meeting in over a week. Even though it was my CoDA meeting, I still heard the message, and fellowshipped with AA'ers afterwards.

i haven't talked to my sponsor in a few days,
its been tele tag...
he showed up at tonights meeting 10 min. before it's end...
after the meeting, he said...
he showed up to see me...
i was blown over, that man has been working late, and he did that for me!
grateful for that!
he also said, he was helping a drunk! lol
