Today I am grateful for ........ pots.
I was carrying a pot lid in my purse...trying to find
that size bottom at Wal-Mart. No deal...they had none.
I catch a noon meeting on my way back home.
While getting my money for the basket....out it clatters...
A friend offered me a replacemnt....brough me...not
1 or 2 but 3 sizes.... with lids.
You often get the oddest ..unexpected gifts from AA

Indeed Carol...I get the greatest gifts from AA.
One of the greatest is my sponsor,.who pushes me, gently but firmly into
places I fear to go but I should go.

Grateful for another good day.
A new round of swimming lessons for the kids started tonight.
Of course, I showed up at the pool, no clue where they should go, didn't know who their instructors are...kinda thought I'd just show up, throw them in the water, and go outside for a smoke!
Ummm...no. A little more to it than that.
Grateful for those swimming-lesson moms who always seem to be there to tell me what I'm supposed to be doing next (with a smile of course
).

Grateful for all of you that I miss so much when I do not get a chance to be here 
Grateful that my little pup is doing better although probably will not fully recover, she is comfortable which is what matters!
Grateful that my friend who passed on Saturday is free from pain and blessed with so many friends and family that will comfort each other tomorrow and Wednesday as we say goodbye.
Grateful for all of you! I know I know I said that but just wanted to mention it again!
Way to go on the new house Astro you have had that happiness coming to you my friend the both of you!

Granted its a meeting for mule and donkey owners, but hey - its a meeting. LOL!
grateful for bringing a meeting to the sober house again tonight...
sad, one guy i met was not there, grateful to a few new faces tho...
