Grateful for bedtime. Me tired tonight. (((LB))) - we moms have to stick together and by the way, if you're a mom and you don't have that look down "WATCH OUT!" LOL!

Love you all and grateful for you all too.

Grateful for my son coming over to help me with business
letters I could not read....and he arrived with our lunch too!

Especially thankful for our
"2 weeks and under" Daily Support thread.
Determination and hope shines there...

(((horselover))) Parenting my daughters is quite possibly the most difficult thing I have ever done and if I didn't have the "look" and other moms in recovery I would be a goner... Happy Friday! :ghug3

Just home from a conference. I spoke with a lady I had not seen in a while. She is in her forties and has been diagnosed with a brain tumor. They don't know yet if it's operable but given her family history it doesn’t look great. I told her that I would pray for her, that she is strong & has hope. We then talked about future retirement plans.

What a cool lady!

This is where my strength comes from, where I learn perspective. Being an alcoholic is no big deal, not a burden at all.

Very grateful for life, challenges and all.

Grateful that I was smart and didn't give into temptation tonight by getting coffee and cigarettes from the store or else I would be up all night tonight.

Not so grateful that, there's macaroni & cheese and chocolate ice cream at that store also, both of which I am really dying for right now.

Grateful for a sober February.

I had many challenges this past month, all were opportunities for growth. No more running and hiding.

Grateful to have made it through the day without caving to the craving. 1st bad one I've had. Very thankful for warm house and soft bed to crawl into soon!

In like a lion...

Grateful for a good start to the month - being responsible, kind, making other people smile...and being good to myself.
