I am grateful to be home from rehab after 8 weeks, came home Thursday. Grateful for a sunny monday and the promise of a good bike ride. Grateful that a meeting not far from me is at a convenient time. Grateful that I'll be able to go back to work this week. And as always, my wife and kids.

I know. I have been following directions though to get it healed and I don't know about you guys but I am not so good at following directions..

I am DESPERATE for healing.
Grateful for the willingness that comes from desperation..

yeah, Lbad, I do understand about 'following directions.'

Grateful for a fun night out with the family. It was just to my son's school for an art show and the daughter's boyfriend was dancing as part of the entertainment. He's lovely and he doesn't mind her daughter being autistic.

Personally, I don't understand why 'anyone' would mind, but some do.. ..people can be funny.

They still do my in, lol, at the end of December I'm up for 6 weeks holiday. While I'm looking forward to it there's still a small amount of apprehension at all those 'unstructured hours.'

Grateful to know I need structure in my days.
