I know I have a disease but also have depression and I am tired of it.

(((Lbad))) hey, I went for my first ride this morning. I really enjoyed it althought at one point my thighs were screaming at me to stop. I thought if Lbad can ride 40 miles I can go round this park a few times. .

Grateful my son got a bike (thanks Universe)

I ran 35kms (21+ miles) yesterday, was good, after I ached from head to foot , drank 4 litres of water and ate ate ate. Feeling ok today, won't be running today

grateful to be so fit in body and hoping my nind and spirit follow.
grateful not to live in fear, no my living from a point of fear.

Didn't it feel great when you were done???


for about 5 minutes after it felt like I was walking on sponge but it was great! I went for another ride this morning and made an extra lap round the park. Whoo hoo
