Tonight it's me and Kona and it's wonderful. There was a time when I would have done almost anything to avoid that.

I am grateful to have God in my life. I had lost my spiritual connection for awhile and having it back since I stopped drinking, has been a huge blessing.

Yes I am grateful that I am connecting with my God as well and it sure does help. Grateful that today I do have something more powerful than myself that is always there to help me out along the way.

Grateful this morning to wake up to little or no wind and sunshine so that is a blessing to have today along with staying clean for another day.

I am grateful to know that when I feeling miserable, I am capable of changing my attitidue. The feelings don't own me, they are just feelings. I can accept them for what they are, let them go and decide to feel better.

I am grateful that I am clean today and even though Chance at rat poision he looks like he is feeling better today.

Had to induce vomiting on him and call the doctor he gave him 3 shots and said bring him in again today to repeat treatment. Just have to have some faith here.

I am grateful to have a good book to read. At the end of a day, it is so nice to get caught up in a story that is witty and intriguing and you just want to keep reading.

Grateful to post again today, don't think that I am getting any better but as far as the results on lab and everything it all came out OK. Might have to go to hospital Monday for more test.

I am grateful to have come out of a period where I felt like I was 'standing still' and just not sure what to do next. I have once again been able to hear my soul and know in which direction I should be moving.
