I am grateful that one of my oldest and dearest SR friends posted today and PM'd and chatted. I absolutely love this person and I am so very proud of her. What a wonderful gift!

I am grateful that I could talk to my boss this morning, about the mess that happened at work on Saturday, without getting emotional. And, she listened to me and was very supportive. Woo Hoo!

I am grateful to have gotten through a difficult day and to be able to look at it and understand what it was about. I am grateful that I am no longer on the roller-coaster of emotions and I am grateful to know that tomorrow will be a good day.
