Grateful for all of us today!
Grateful for the trial that I had to get through yesterday and staying clean was top priority!
Grateful that we have these threads because it helps to change that attitude to a attitude of Gratitude.

with a Massive black eye....?
He wont tell me were he got it from ,.but hes split with his Srious girlfrind and hes 15...lol...OTT is what he can be but hes more toghter than me sometimes...!

Im really grateful that inside i can feel myself gearing up to jump off the detox.!
Just i can feel it in my soul that its time to lose it now... .!
Grateful for that,..... as its been building up over the past few days in Anger and its not Anger at all ...its 'I want OFF',..!
Grateful i can see the difference for once....?!!!! ...!
Grateful my Gran is 80 today ....xXx..My Oak Tree,....
Grateful my Son had a Great night and came back to mums Sober at 2.30am...His First New Years eve out ...LOL with a Black eye ...lol he had Fun.!!!

I am grateful that I can look for the similarities rather than the differences!
It took me awhile to figure that out but when I really pay attention to that, I begin to learn a lot more than I would have otherwise.

Very Grateful for Music as this week
No matter how sick i feel i can listen to some tunes and get it out of my system were before i would use,drink cut,Hurt others,destroy places and people without even thinkin or careing ,...!
Very Grateful for (((((((L))))))) as i can also relate to her alot...in so many ways....!
Grateful that we look for the similairitys....not difference....!
Very grateful the heating is on full blast
Grateful i only took a 1/4 of an mg....and im coming OFF....
Grateful i spent 2yrs putting things in place to stop relapse or lonelyness,..!
Grateful Today i can choose when and know that im Not Always wrong or to Blame for everything .!
....includnig global warming....!
Not any more..
Grateful I sorted my bike out for a busy day..!

Finding it hard to be grateful at the mo ,...but Still so Much would not be Happening if I was useing or Drinking....!!!
Grateful me and my Gran are Close again,...and she is Only 35 ,...
Grateful i can locate my socks Quickly in the morning Now,...!!!
Grateful life moves on Always ...!!!
