Well, that's good that you can find support- face to face is really good.
I am not sure, but land contract means that your payments are applied to purchasing the house, and if you stop payments for any reason, you break the contract, right? so there is really nothing that you will be held responsible for,right? you would be free from any financial responsibility, I think.
