Amy, sending both thoughts, hugs, love and peace to you. This time is so difficult and to add the family drama and the pain will intensify. thanking God you have your Dad and bratkin and stepsister to give YOU strength. I also think if you could find a day or two after the service where YOU can just BE. Nothing expected of you and nothing offered.
Sleep, pray, cry, do whatever you need to do.

Hugs for you and your family. I know that this is a very difficult time for you. It just amazes me how some family members go crazy with the me me me. In the state of Georgia, the intestate laws (dying without a will) say that the spouse inherits everything. Close and lock your doors...nobody has any right to touch anything but your father. I am so sorry about all this but don't let family members with no rights push your father around.
