Addiction Book
I just finished reading "It's Not About Me!" by Ian Young, ISBN #: 9781908746863 & I highly recommend it.
The first half of the book is not so helpful & hard to read b/c the author expresses his love of drugs so much that it almost makes you desire them yourself. Don't fret though because the 2nd half is full of helpful information. The author takes you on a journey through his recovery process & offers some very important information that can be helpful to all.

Thank you! I always like to read books referred by others. Right now I am reading "To Heaven and Back" by Mary Neal MD. It's to about addiction but it's about a near death experience that brought the author closer to her Higher Power.
I use Overdrive on my iPad to get books FOR FREE from the library! If you have an iPad, a participating library, and a library card, it's a great way to get great books for FREE. I'll go check out "It's not about me" right now so it's cued up right after I get done with the one I'm reading!
