MsTrust, I used music to help me. Do you have any songs that makes you feel good and strong?? I loved this one....maybe this one will help you get started. I used to crank the music in my house and just dance around, (My neighbors probably thought I was completely nuts, they just had no real idea, lol). Just know, we are all cheering for you and we all have faith in you. We can see your worth, strength and a future with happiness and self love...even though you may not just yet!!
