Bit late responding to this, however i had a wonderful weekend.
I spent most of Saturday working out at the gym, then playing badminton with a friend, swimming and then visiting my parents.
Sunday i spent visiting a friend and having dinner at their home. Then i saw my father for Fathers day on the evening.
Tonight i will be going to a dancing class and helping a friend of mine teach.
So i am finding the more i keep myself busy doing the things i enjoy, the more i don't dwell on past or current problems.
It helps keep my spirits up and makes me feel stronger to tackle any issues i have in life.

I like this question.
For me, my biggest form of therapy, and the best thing I do for myself, is playing guitar. Hands down. And it's really cool that as I get older, I get better. There are simply some things I couldn't do in my 20's that I can do now, and it's so gratifying. Plus, it engages the creative part of my brain so that if something nasty's going on in my life, I can express it musically.
It's a gift.
