I am a nurse...but a poor nurse....just bought it with 0 down and 40 year mortgage....plus...houses are a touch cheaper up here in the great white north...depending where you live of course...lol

P.S. That means I will be 92 when the house is paid....hmmmm, think this is a temporary living space...lol

Well, it's very nice. I have an older home, no pool though. Very fortunate to still have it. This past year have done a TON of work on it and did the re-fi/home equity deal to pay a few bills! Now I get to look at another 30 yrs!!! I've already had it and lived there for 11 yrs! I am very grateful. Yesterday blew up the toddler's pool for her. Yep, 46 here with a 3 yr old daughter, whose older sis is 22

It's a wonderful house, but more importantly it will be a wonderful home.

Live it up, enjoy every moment and make room at that pool for about....oh say....600 Codies?

Who's got the tanning lotion?

Very nice! Congratulations.
BTW I think you might have a problem keeping ppl FROM helping with the pool... Just let anyone you know who would like to share to bring Pool Chemicals... (they can add up!).

I am sure you are soooo excited.
