What does "quacking" mean?

You know, its like those Charlie Brown cartoons. The adults talk but you never hear any words, just Wah waaah wah wah. Thats how the quacking is in my life. I hear it but its not saying anything worth hearing!

You gals are just too funny!! I want you all to know that you are my Hero's. I have sat at my CP many times laughing out loud as I have read some of your post.
Thanks for the education on Ducks and such... It has been very enlighting. I have heard a lot of Quacking thru the years. Great to have a lable for it.
By the way I have heard quite a bit of quacking the last couple of weeks, but have been able to ignore most of it. It is great to be in recovery. I have learned soooo much from you ladies!!
