I am thinking positive thoughts today. I have noticed something about myself. I dont like being bothered at all after 8:30 pm.
So I am going to make some ground rules for my family to let them in on it. This is going to be my time, no questions, no getting them things, no getting them something to eat, cause they didnt eat dinner. I think I will give myself a half hour to start. From 8:30 to 9:00, I deserve this, I work all day and provide the needs as best as I can for my family, and I deserve a half hour per day for peace.

I am also going to create a list of things I want done daily, to take some of the pressure off me.

I think I will make a sign and tape it on me, saying SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, this is my time.
