Positive changes - what have you noticed?
My anxiety level is almost non existent at this point. I no longer dread him coming home from "work" he would leave early and go drinking before coming home. The transition time for him coming home always consisted of me getting peppered(like a machine gun) with questions as soon as he walked in : what's for dinner, what did you do today, did you do this, why, did you take care of that etc.etc. Always claimed it was a way "to connect" but it was a way to judge, control, and keep me in my place and God forbid I ask any questions of him or for help of any kind. The kids and I had a crazy routine for years we would scramble from about 430 on to get things in order trying to minimize his mood walking in the door. It was ridiculous, so glad I don't live that way anymore.
