Life is expressive, intertwined and magical
The rhythm of life flows naturally, gently, through all I see, touch, feel, hear and taste. Listening with my heart, this new day expresses itself in ways I hadn't heard before.
My body is meant to rest, to be active, to be nourished. As is my soul.
As I allow my internal compass to reset itself through laughter, song and dance there is also a release of anger and pain. Healing comes through in unexpected ways. Embracing, allowing, anticipating light and freedom all around me in nature, in my neighborhood, everywhere I travel.

Each day I have new opportunities to rest, be active, connect with life and allow support from God/Universe/Great Spirit.
As I'm inspired to new thoughts, new actions follow. All is well in this day.
