Hello. I know i have not been here in a long time. With school, band, work and meetings it is hard to get on here. I have been doing pretty good. Things at my house are going good. School is hard but I am doing good so far. Band is going okay. I like to share something that hit me hard this week. I was at a meeting and one of the members said that she gets into the woe is me and feel sorry for herself. I get the same way from time to time but people have said this to me before but did not hit me til this week that I am that way sometimes. That help me so much. It was a light bulb monment for me. It was an eye opening meeting for me. I now know i have grown so much in 10 months of attending the meetings it is great I am learning and i will never stop learning in my lfe and i will always be changing. Life is good and for once in my life I can say I love my alcoholic dad and my mom. It feels great for me to be able to say that.

Shana, I was also doing the pity me routine after a motorcycle accident this past July and have been in wheelchair ever since.
UNTIL I left the hospital after my appointment with my surgeon, and coming out saw 2 women in wheelchairs without one leg. Put it into a whole new perspective for me.
