Hi Sr friends
In almost a week I will have my first part of round two of court proceedings in front of a judge.
I am not hiring a lawyer this time as I am already $4000 in debt from the lengthy 1 and half year previous court dealings.
It is a lot of hard work when you're unsure & don't have a lawyer for guidance but I am happy with the paperwork I have produced.
To date XH has refused to have the children (because he can't get his own way) so I have been landed with the children 24/7 since the July holidays.
I am asking the court to have contact re-established with their father pronto, to have the holiday arrangements confirmed etc etc.
Gosh you would think after a year & a half of court to produce a final parenting order you wouldn't be able to go through it again.
I've been struggling with low days & no breaks from children but am keeping my fingers crossed for some guidance & normality & confirmation of dates so I can live my life again.
