So, I get a phone call from my ex's new fling (girlfriend, whatever she is) and she tells me that she found some naked pictures of myself recently sent to his email. Curious and remembering his email login and password, I got on and saw these pictures. They were of me getting ready and laying in bed. I didn't even know he took those photos. And he recently sent them to his email (I guess as backup so he always has them?)
Anyway, while browsing through his email, I also came across some other interesting photos. He is a lifeguard in the summers and a teacher. I saw photos of young looking girls (can't be any older than about 19.) Some looked about 16. These photos were taken in his lifeguard stand while on duty. 1) A lifeguard shouldn't have their phone on them-in the stand. 2) These photos are of young girls in bikini's. Some even are zoomed in to their bottoms and breast cleavages. And 3) why was he emailing these photos to himself?
I am active in my recovery and am in a pickle because I feel that it is WRONG and something needs to be done. I am just a little bit more upset that there are unwanted nude photos of myself. What should I do?! ahh...

I'm not sure there is anything you can do.
It's not illegal to have pictures of young girls. Creepy, sure.
It's also not illegal to have nudes of someone who undressed willingly.
There are pictures of me out there.
Seen one. . .
My suggestion is to stay out of his email. That could cause you some problems (already has.)

It's not illegal to take photos of what you see in a public place. Those girls were seen in their bathing suits by every guy on that beach.
If I were you, I'd stay OUT of his email account (could get you in legal hot water). And I'd block new fling's phone. Sounds like she is out to stir up trouble.

Hey RedDog, I'm sorry you found such disturbing materials on his email, and that he has these personal pictures of you.
For your own recovery, I hope you will forget his email password and resist going through his account again. You had a terrible time extricating yourself from this man, I worry that this pursuit will open up that rabbit hole for you again.

Having a DD who is almost 16 while I can say it's not illegal for him to have those photos, it would not hurt to tip off the local law enforcement or the managers of the place he took them. This behavior can later lead to sex offenders, and if that were my daughter, I would want to know.

Hi Red,
I do find it creepy and unethical and all that.
But....I think you hacking his email is just as bad.
Tell new GF to leave you alone, and stay out of his email.
This is not any of your business. I don't mean to disagree with everyone. I just would stay the hell out of it and wipe your hands of this man for good. You still sound kinda stuck.

Printing out the photos wouldn't prove they were his, and if he discovers someone hacked into his email, it wouldn't be that hard to find out who did it.
Let it go. It's not child pornography and it's none of your business. The girls in question were on a public beach. They were not his students. He didn't photograph them through a hole in the changing room.

I'm in a dilemma between my recovery and morals. My morals tell me to report the activity to the captain of beach patrol or board of education. And my recovery tells me to forget it and move on. Leaning towards the moving on and letting it go.... Turning it to God and karma we'll deal with it
I think you need to move on, block the fling's number, and wait for more to revealed-this guy is pretty far along the path of sinking his own ship anyway.
Putting yourself back into the story would be a big mistake.
