Am still hanging in there with no physical contact of ABF.(10 days) I miss him and he even told him that. Read on one of the forums that is normal and okay to tell him. But I will say it's nice not to be in his chaos. He is handling his issue's by himself making choices without asking me what should he do. Am able to focus on writing my papers for school and my house without feeling like his issue's are taking over my life. I have a Alnon meeting tomorrow looking forward 2 it honestly. Just wanted to check in

It really, really is one step at a time, and it sounds like you're taking that one step forward every day. Good for you! Glad to hear you're able to make progress on your own responsibilities instead of being sucked into his whirl.
