Several of you have advised others on the forum to read Codependent No More. I downloaded it literally five minutes ago and have already had an epiphany. I found myself reading my "biography" by page 3!

Yep. She wondered if I had heard of Codependent No More. I told her not only had I heard of it, I have read it, own the workbook, and often recommend it to people. Apparently, I need to read it again! I'm glad you're finding it useful, too!~
