13yr old daughter is starting to pick up some nasty qualities of her father disrespect, refusal to see any fault in herself , and a strange lack of emotion when someone else has been hurt by her actions it's like she doesn't have appropriate emotions doesn't know how to express them or maybe isn't feeling them it's almost like she is becoming very cold and it reminds me of her father my Ah any thoughts or experienced?

That is where the School Counselor sent me with the kid(s).

I felt sort of silly having to ask, as I am in Alanon.

The kids loved it.

A-Mom hated it. Oh well.

I think it is part 13 year old and part DNA.

Our kids learn in our home what is acceptable and what is not. Its very hard to see one person do something and not another.

UE, are you working any kind of program in your home.

No cutting, food issues, heavy exercise? If clear on these, I agree Ala Teen might be a starting point! If not, then a counselor for sure.
