The link Honeypig posted was VERY important to me at the beginning. I revisited it a lot over the course of my time with my XAH.
SR was also very important to me. Spill those guts, and start hashing out all the thinking that is keeping you feeling anxious and stuck. It does help. It's a huge first step to connect with others about this. It's such an isolating disease for the addict and the family both.
