Its a large project that i have been involved with since this summer. Sort of a massive, gourmet organic deli. I run the cafe, so espresso, loose leaf tea, juice bar, ice cream, bakery and some aspects of a cheese department. I tend to throw myself completely into my work, so thanks for asking! Its a huge and exciting project and the little time i have outside of that is for my family, not for rescuing drunks. I can see that more clearly when i say it out loud!

That sounds wonderful, Ohnoess! How exciting!! Grand Opening and the whole works? I'm sure it's going to be a success, and I can only begin to imagine how much heart, soul, and work goes into something like opening a restaurant....Kudos to you and your business partners! I hope the opening goes really well
