Confused about detaching and letting go!

Hey guys
I haven't been on in a while probably because I am on the recovery roller coaster and sometimes I chose not to face my reality. Well I just wanted to say I am surrendering and am going to go back to Al anon tomorrow and felt like I needed to say that out load!
