It finally Killed him
I'm sorry for your loss.
How is your own health? I looked at your old posts and see that you were concerned about the effects of your own drinking on your health.
If you need support, either for the effects of living with his drinking, or for your own drinking, hope you will stick around.
Hugs,

Hugs,
I'm not on this part of the forums usually but I felt I needed to express my condolences. Addiction is incredibly powerful and I'm so sorry another life has been taken by this sickness. I, myself, am a recovering alcoholic but still facing the demons of addiction. I am so, so very sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine. I am sending my hugs and thoughts your way. Please take care of yourself

I lost my alcoholic mother a week and a half ago. I feel so angry, sad, guilty and so many other emotions. It is so hard to believe that such a force can come and rob you of the life you know and steal, or make strangers of, the ones we cherish so dearly. I am so sorry for your loss and so frustrated and saddened that this awful thing has taken another life. My thoughts are with you xx
((((Room6er))) - I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm an RA and I truly hate the disease of addiction, and that it has claimed another life. I hope you continue to stick around. The great folks here have gotten me through a lot, including the death of my XABF from the addiction we once shared.
Hugs and prayers,
Amy
