I am off to Cancun tonight for my cousin's wedding. I will be back on Tuesday.

I wanted to remind you all that peace is possible and it has always been in our hands. Its also a reminder for myself

I am planning to keep my peace no matter what: delays, family stuff and the old obsessive, toxic thoughts in my head.

I am not going to try to change, control or cure anyone.

Although BROKE I have found trips very therapeutic. I have never gone to the beach so often! life is taking me there.... who am I to say No

If we are open to healing, events/people will arrive without further effort.

On my way back I am planning to meet my grandmom. I hope she talks about her life experience so I can understand more about where I come from and why I do what I do. It will be interesting and I will get to enjoy her food!

Thanks now its a crazy day at work but I am motivated !!
I also gained weight and felt anxious but honestly no one cares about my weight so I decided to drop that self obsession about "not being beautiful enough"

Also its easy to feel peace in such places but we get brownie points when we actually feel peaceful IN THE MIDST of chaos outside!! ah, the "journey within" ...
