Wink What will you do today for your inner child?

My back hurts! so I was planning on sleeping on the floor for a few days.

Then i thought...

Why not put a tent on the "living room" (still NO furniture!)? put a couple of sleeping bags, and read Garfield? draw? make Garfield Purple because I feel like it?? camp with the cats?

And what about organic chai latte and some yoga resting/recovering postures, late night when there are no distractions just silence?

Its Sunday and I got lots of work to do. but you know, that will be later.

Right this hour I feel like hugging my cat, breathing, and admiring the blue sky. Drink water. Be. Thank God I am healthy. Thank God I am alive and able to feel. Thank God my family is well and alive. And that I got you, all great wonderful friends.

I am so grateful the role alcohol plays in my life now is the following: a locally produced wine bottle, sealed for weeks. Had a sip yesterday, tasty, back to the shelf. May use it for pasta later.

PS After much drama, BF and me decided we each got venom inside that we need to get rid of. We agreed to go to therapy individually. It is much easier when the other side is interested on making life better, not worse.

Have cleaned out my shed and today Inner Child and I are going to sort out my kitchen cupboards and then hand over surplus Tupperware to daughters and grand daughter.
Also have about 100 recipe and cook books they get to inherit. This means making my life less cluttered and easier, and they get to find where to put the stuff.

God bless

My inner child and me, put all my plastic and tupperware into large see thru storage crates so I can easily reach them and get out what I need.

Finished kitchen re-arrangement and very happy.

Today we sorted clothes, (do I really need and wear 51 pairs of slacks?)
Bedroom and wardrobe all clean, sorted and tidy......Yeehaa.

Both inner child and my old outer body are hot, sweaty and utterly exhausted.
Going for a shower soon and then a read, followed by BED....ah!!

God bless

I spoke to my two bestest real life girlfriends today.
Living 3 hours from one and 7 hours from the other so phone time is important to us.

Having a piece of left over pizza for supper cos it tastes good!

Today I am living the present moment and trying to fix one issue at a time.
Today I am going back to my dance lessons.
And focus on having fun and dancing with style, not on how the other women are thinner, younger, better looking, or better dancers or whatever.
Then I got a session of Catotherapy planned

I went to a scrapbooking class tonight.
Nothing like cutting up little bits of paper and gluing them togther again in a new pattern to relax the mind. Good old creative stuff.

Going shopping with RABF, and he doesn't know it but, I am getting myself a laptop. I see the one I want is on available at $700, so I will grab it.

Am going to relax with feet up after this journey, as ordered by surgeon yesterday. Need surgery on my darn foot within next couple of months, and told it will mean crutches for 4 weeks after. Hoo Boy!!!!

Today I am acepting my following qualities:

I am resourceful.
I am intelligent.
I am generous.
I am not materialistic.

Bonus: Cats love me and I love them.

I am accepting the compliment partner gave me: "you are usually a happy and cheerful person". Oh I had forgot that. My gift is to accept that yes that is my normal. And I am going back to that TC999

Another gift for Saturday: a long needed back massage as it has hurt for weeks now.
