I have been lurking here for years and this site has been a source of education, insight and often times humor for me during some very dark times in my life. I have taken your advice and started going to Al Anon. I recently took steps to change my situation and I can feel my sanity slowly coming back. I honestly think that without this site I would still be going in circles and might never have had the courage to change. From the bottom of my heart thank you for letting me lurk. And I imagine that for ever lurker that does finally post there are probably a hundred more just like me that benefit from your stories.

I'm so glad you've posted! I hope you will keep doing so and share more of what you are doing to change your situation and how you are getting on. Your experiences will help others who are lurking and starting to reach out as well.
