I am realizing more and more how much of a verbal and emotional abuser my stbXRAH is (and my parents too!!!). I recall someone a while back mentioning they would post here and on another forum that was specifically for victims of mental/emotional/verbal abuse. Does anyone know of a forum like that? I really REALLY need help and support in this area.

I plan to continue posting here (I love all you guys), but I know I also need support there... thanks for any help you can offer!

I think the F&F forum can still provide you with alot of help in that area.

I was emotionally and verbally abused. By my mum, my dad, my sister, my school firends, my boyfriends etc etc. Alot of folks here have been, and alot of folks here have come through the other side.

I would say, fire on with whatever you want to say/ask. If it is too personal there are always pms, alternatively if you think there are more psychological concerns there are the mental health forums.
