You can even copy/paste your reply to this thread if you don't want to start over completely..... no worries, like I said, there's no doing it "wrong", you 're just more likely to get more responses to your own thread.

I think people aren’t really understanding what you’re saying. I completely understand. It’s not withholding or using as a weapon. You’re feeling used and manipulated. I don’t feel appreciated or desired anymore because when you ask for change and are ignored so much you feel unloved.
I feel for you. I live the same life and it’s not as easy as people think to just leave either
