Today is the first day of summer.
Just as the seasons change, so do we.
Maybe for some, today can be the start of something better. Going to a meeting last night, was mine.

I'm embracing the changes in nature as my HP for the moment.
Enjoy and do something for YOURSELF to celebrate the season!

I think this is the longest day of the yr. too for us in the northern hemisphere, so I better make it a good day. I need to make some changes. Today I will decide on one and do it. Starting today I will Be more active to lose the 5 lbs I put on traveling the last two mos.

I like how things come back to us even better than before sometimes.
