It's the FINALE! As with watching a great play or movie, good book, or a great meal. Ya go back over the good parts, and focus on them.....and grieve for their loss. It's necessary to completely digest it all. Then, you'll move forward with it as a memory. Depression/grieving goes along w/ it, till it is totally digested and passed. Hang in there, you've done so well! You're going to make it thru it.......
