WOW---looks like I opened a can of worms!!I find all your letter so fascinating!!!
We need to have Change in the whole health care system!
Especially for subtance abuse/alcohol...
in/out of hospitals and detoxs for years-psych for the family--COSTS WAY MORE than just having the right plan of care in effect--
Has no one ever thought odf raising TAXES on alcohol!!!???
I am personally going to contact my State rep...and ask some questions about this
