My suggestion would be to go through the pro bono division of the Florida State Bar office. They will do an intake interview with you and then send your case to an attorney who is signed up with the Bar to handle divorces. These attorneys do this as a public service. If you qualify financially, the filing fee (different in each state) can be waived by filing an Affidavit of Financial Hardship. The Court may, or may not accept it, but we always file one anyway, just in case.
