Am I the biggest fool or what??? After a night of binging my AH has turned a new leaf this afternoon and he is going to clean his act up. AGAIN! Does it ever happen? NO! And some reason I still believe this time might be THE time.

I've sat at my desk all day today on the verge of collapse. It was a rough night-for sure! My punishment for being gone over the weekend. That's his excuse now, if I'm not gonna be home then he's going get tore up.

Tore up. I hate that phrase. I'm the one who's tore up. He got up today and finished off his bottle and then he got into an arguemnt with my best friend That's a first.

I don't know...I must have sucker tattooed on my forehead, I guess!

Don't know if you do or not but I hear tell that meetings have an eraser that works real good for removing any tattoo on a forehead.

You didn't do anything wrong....like a toddler having a tantrum, I think he's trying to see how serious you are about leaving him to his addiction and it's problems (by going on with your own life). He's just trying to scare/manipulate you back under his control by acting a fool (him acting that way!). Let him. JMO

I know it's easier said than done at first,but it gets easier.

Sorry you are in the middle of his drama...hopefully you can step away from it ,if only for an hour or two at a time. I know how exhausting it can be. *hugs*

In the midst of all the drama try to find time for you. Relax, take abubble bath, a long walk find a way to regroup you, it'll help the rest fall into place.
