Book Swap / Who is Next

I am almost done reading "The Seven Jewels of Codependency"

Who is next on the list to send it too? Anyone remember? Good book btw, might just have to go buy it.

I have not heard of this book. Who is the author? Do you think it is as enlightening as Beattie's books? Can you give me a brief overview of how the book approaches codependency? I'm going to go check it out on Amazon.

I really liked it.

The Seven Jewels of Codependency is based upon the revolutionary but simple idea that codependents already have the personality traits they need to live a zestful life. This book can help you

1. Learn to appreciate you unique talents
2. Find the tools to improve you life
3. Nurture you confidence to pursue a zestful living.

When any of the seven basic traits of codependency is working for you rather then against you, you have released the power in that trait to help create a Jewel. The healthy strength in you codependency comes from finding and using these Jewels.

Written by Robert F. Willard, Ph.D. & Michael Gibertini, Ph.D.

I just finished facing codependency, also by Joy Mellody (I think) It was pretty good. I'm looking for something else to read myself.

My counselor suggested The Anger Dance by Harriet Lerner?

Any advice on this one?

Cynay - I don't remember ever actually having a list of who was next. I say just as long as someone is willing to pass it along to someone here at SR send it to them. Have you been writing a note in the front cover? The one I sent to Ayers I wrote a note in it......
