I have made a coffee instead, i know I will be so ill tomorrow. I went 14 months before! Why did I try again, I actually know, I blamed it on a relationship gone sour but in reality my addiction was just waiting

...And I'm not sure what "call the Indian" means, but if it involves more alcohol it's a bad idea.

Aw! Eat something and try to sleep!

14 months! Well done you! You can do it again now!
Wow...an Indian takeaway on top of 3 bottles...that sounds really, really unpleasant. Hope you feel okay tomorrow. Lots of water, hot bath, some fresh air, take it easy and slow, you'll feel better Monday.

I relapsed after being sober for 18 months, and I was drinking more than I did in the first place very fast. It's scary huh?

I know relationship break ups are tough, I have just been there as well, but you're right, we have to be willing to let the AV take over again.

I was out there for 6 weeks, and was lucky to make it back here.
I am so glad you posted straight away.

Sending you love tabasco.

I agree with everyone else - tomorrow is a new day - cut your losses and go to bed.
Break ups are hard but what we do to ourselves is even tougher.

Drink lots of water, tabasco, and try to get some sleep.

Drink plenty of water tomorrow, too; try to eat light meals; get some fresh air even if it's only for a few minutes; take as many naps as you need.

Most of all, make tomorrow your new Day 1.

We are here for you.

Thank you everyone, i went to bed, I've woken up not to bad, I have been a lot lot lot worse. So today is perfect for day one, it's just after 9.00 I'll go for a walk along the river, maybe read the big book, read on here, go to bed early, start Monday feeling better. So glad I didnt order an Indian, I would have ordered two more bottles and been terribly sick right now. This forum is important to me, it grounds me, forces me to think just by typing.
Thank you all.
