I am in emergency
Sit there as long as it takes, just as desertsong said. If you leave, what do you think will happen? More of the same, I'm guessing. Close your eyes and take deep rhythmic breaths, relax your shoulders, and wait for the doctors to see you. If you don't want to close your eyes, focus on a neutral point on the wall. You can do it.
Sounds like you do need to see a doctor if you are shaking and feel so sick. My bet is that when you emerge from this horror you will no longer want to self-harm and be forgiving of yourself. You will see things more clearly. Or do you self harm irrespective? I have had ideation of harming but have never acted on these impulses. This no longer happens even after only my 10th day sober. I become full of self-loathing after a bout and take it out on myself mentally if not physically. Seeing a doctor and not picking up will untangle your jangled nervous system and your physical health will improve. It is yesterday's calendar. Time now to emerge as the person you want to be and from your post drinking does not play a part in this process. It will get better.
Stay there, be fully honest with them, and open yourself to the help they provide.
Hang with us here also, as much as you are able.
This can be the start of the end of your struggle and a move into a much better place in life!
First off I feel for you been there and bought the T short so to speak. Hang in there and stay there, this event memory may help you in the future to never drink again. Wishing you the very best, withdraw can be life threatening, stay and get the help you need, we are all behind you and with you virtually.
