Insomiac!
It took a little while but my sleeping patterns did get back into a natural rhythm.
Try and get as much rest as you can guys

I think you need to steel yourself for at least a few nights of not sleeping like you'd like to...
it will get progressively better tho - I used to sleep nothing on the first night...maybe 30 mins on the second, an hour or two on the third...it was normally pretty good by the end of the week tho
I put myself to sleep (passed out) for over a decade.
If you go back to drinking, you'll only be making it worse next time.

It took me about 1 week to get a good sleep. I seem to wake up needing to go to the bathroom during the night everynight. Hope this is not something for we to worry about. Might be worth geting checked for diabetes
Hi Chilly. This sucks. Everytime I try to sleep and close my eyes it hits me -the anxiety and despair. So I just got up and got in front of my comp.
Kevin78 we might be the same age if you are born in 1978.
