It took a little while but my sleeping patterns did get back into a natural rhythm.
Try and get as much rest as you can guys

my usual insomnia link is down but this is pretty good too:

Thank you Dee. I just can't do this. I feel like a Zombie and I keep relapsing like a mad man.

I think you need to steel yourself for at least a few nights of not sleeping like you'd like to...

it will get progressively better tho - I used to sleep nothing on the first night...maybe 30 mins on the second, an hour or two on the third...it was normally pretty good by the end of the week tho

I put myself to sleep (passed out) for over a decade.

If you go back to drinking, you'll only be making it worse next time.

First week, I slept very badly. One night I didn't sleep at all.

I'm sleeping really well now, a month later.

Your sleep will get better but you've got to stay sober.

Second night and cannot sleep at all. I tried to lie down but have a million thoughts racing through my "Hard Head".

It took me about 1 week to get a good sleep. I seem to wake up needing to go to the bathroom during the night everynight. Hope this is not something for we to worry about. Might be worth geting checked for diabetes

Hi Chilly. This sucks. Everytime I try to sleep and close my eyes it hits me -the anxiety and despair. So I just got up and got in front of my comp.

I hated that feeling MS. I did the same as you, Sat on my PC all night. I checked out on here and other addiction sites. It's not good, but you will notice a difference as the days go bye.

Yeah this is terrible I am sitting in a dark room looking at my laptop screen with the wife fast asleep with our little daughter.

Kevin78 we might be the same age if you are born in 1978.
