Gave in... :(

Sorry, but I caved tonight. I know it's not right.

Thanks for the support. Once a loser, always a loser...

Please stay sober everyone. I do care. And thanks.

You're not a loser. You can get rid of the rest. Just throw it out.

You came back here....which means some part of you still wants to be sober. Dump out the rest and get some water, we'll be here all night.

You're not a loser. You have a problem and it's one we all have.

Start again. Right now would be a good time.

It will work if you want it to work.

((hug))

Never ever give up Luper. I tried and failed many times - but I made it out of hell. There is no doubt you can do this. Please come back for another go.

Throw the rest away, watch a show, read a book, workout. Drink water. Sleep. You are not a loser.

You are not a loser. You have actually made some progress. I like to think of relapse as a stepping stone on the path to recovery. You have tried something and it didn't work. Now that you know that, you can try something different. Thats pretty much how I made my way to something that worked for me. Trial and error. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Luper, if you drank, you have a depressant in your body....that's what is making you feel like a loser. You are not.

Maybe journalling your feelings would help you recognise what pushed you to give in to the trick that the addictive voice plays on us.

Or, if you really wanted to drink, why?

I have had my up and downs. This is one way it won't work. Do you goto meetings? Do you have a sponsor? Do you have a sober buddy? After you get back to level, fallow through on some of these. If you want to talk or need a sober buddy, let me know. Keep your head up. Your only as strong as you want to be. God bless

You've been under an awful lot of stress just lately Luper. I hope you come back soon and try again.

There's not many of us who make it without a few false starts. I know I didn't.

We are all here to support you x

Hey Luper you are not a loser, you have to join the Winners Circle sooner or later, if you want to live. What are you going to do about this problem of yours?
You keep drinking and drinking and drinking, isnt it time to change this old behaviour and find some new behaviours that will hopefully save your butt.

My recent relapse made me realize how horribly depressed I get when I drink. Stop the drink, then we can figure our next move with a clear mind. Blessings.

Hey Luper.I felt like that on my last binge as well.Although I'm only 11 days in I feel SO much better, even got a new job in that time.Just ride it out for a few days, you know the withdrawals will be there but remind yourself you don't have to feel like that anymore.

Your not a loser, just someone who's battling a problem which we are all learning how to,your not alone!

Fall down 9 times, get up 10. You know this. You're not a loser. You're sick. We are sick people getting well, not bad people getting good. You'll move past this and learn from it. Tomorrow is a new Day 1. We'll be here to keep walking the path together.
