outside of AA I'm not sure what else is offered in Sweden.
You could do worse than posting regularly here tho - there's a lot of support

Areg, hopefully someone with more experience will jump in as I am still very early in my recovery although have been sober for longer patches in the past. Admitting you have a problem is the first step, do you have a plan? Are you thinking about AA? I know you say you are secular but lots of folks in AA are. If not comfortable with AA there is information on this site about other programs as well. What will you do to replace your drinking behavior? What is your trigger? Is it after work? What will you do to fill that time?
