Hello!
Hello!
Hello everyone!
I haven't been around much in the last months. Proud to report though that I remain sober and am doing well.
While I don't much like Jack Trimpey's 'everything is lies unless I proclaim it to be the truth' attitude to AA and group therapy, the AVRT approach has helped me so much. It is an effective daily practice I can actually do. I feel myself again.
I intend to visit SR more often and until I do, wanted to wish you all a happy and sober Wednesday.
Much love from Liverpool,
SM

Sobermax,
It's been a while since I sent you the information on AVRT, but I'm glad to hear that it worked out for you. There is actually an AVRT thread now in the Secular Connections forum in case you want to chime in.
