To Whom It May Concern...
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN...
Ann will not be dwelling in the coulda's, woulda's, shoulda's today, because she didn't, wouldn't and shouldn't live in regret for how she might have been but instead will rejoice in the serenity of making her choices and living with the results, good bad or ugly.
To whom it may concern...
Ann will stay within her own hula hoop today and let everything outside of that hoop belong to the rest of the world and just focus on what is right for her and her recovery.
To whom it may concern...
Just for today, Ann will walk the beach, play with her photography and find joy in nature and all the beauty that lies around her.
To whom it may concern...
Time will be taken today to reflect on all her many blessings, the things that "are" and the path she has chosen, and not complain about little itsy things that really don't matter much anyway in the grand scheme of life.
To whom it may concern...
Ann will be talking to old friends, catching up with those who have been neglected because she was so busy with her life that she forgot those who matter most to her and she will remember to tell them that she loves them for just being there and an important part of her life and who she is today.
To whom it may concern...
This codie will share her light with anyone who looks like they could use a smile, a kind word, a small gesture today...not just because it may help make their day a little brighter, but because doing so makes HER life a lot better.

Worry and regret will be parked in the "yesterday and tomorrow" back lots and she will be moving forward in just living the life out of today, wringing every bit of good out of it, and leaving it to rest come evening.

Life will be celebrated today, love will be shared and her spirit will be lifted knowing that everything else will be handled by God who seems to do a pretty good job without her.
And...finally...
Ann will be having a good day, making wise choices, kicking off her sandals and dancing on the beach today, not looking around to see to whom it may concern.

Today Winnie will not worry about things that she has no control over.
Today Winnie will focus on things that bring benefit to her own life and health and not just what everyone else expects and wants her to do.
Today Winnie will not think about what anyone else thinks of her but what she and her HP think of her.
Today Winnie will smile more and hug her sweet daughter evern more than normal.

Winnie and Freedom will not be available to people who want to drag them down. They have cast off the weights of guilt and hovering and instead will be dancing on the beach with Ann.

Ann has put Mr. and Mrs. If Only on a one-way bus to nowhere, because that's where the If Only's always took her, so it must be where they belong.

Rita has just served an eviction notice on Manipulation and Guilt
They will be exiting Ritaville immediately.
Ritaville will be welcoming Happy, Joy and Free as new residents to the neighborhood.
Doubt and Fear will be occasional visitors but they must leave as soon as Faith and Grace appear.
The Neighborhood watch program will be working the Steps to prevent relapse of boundaries in the area of enabling, reacting and caretaking of others.
Self-care will be the main focus ensuring that HALT is avoided and love, peace and healthy compassion is shared with all.

Miss Done, worry never changed the outcome so you just come dance on the beach too.

Ann will not be cooking dinner tonight, just because it's such a beautiful day and she needs to get back out there to enjoy it...pizza it is!!

For today Cinders will no rehash the long argument of how much pointless money is spent, no be mad about minutes already used on the cell phone;
For today, if I hear noise late at night in kitchen I will not get up and peek at what going on, just to run, jump in bed and pretend Im sleeping (Unless of course I smell smoke)
and For today, I will not partake in any argument or discussion of disagreement
...but can I still silently celebrate A-BIL's choice to take a bus to North Dakota for a fresh start??? It has double goods, possible a good fresh start and a job for him, and no drama from that angle brought to my home

You already did - and as soon as I wipe my eyes: To whom it may concern......
Just for today itisatruth will try to find a balance between focusing on herself and being patient/supportive with another.

This evening, Teach, Cinders, Truth and Alice will be joining Ann for some fine dining at Cafe Serenity where we will not be distracted by outside "stuff" and where we will be catered to in a way befitting the queens we are.
And for dessert we will eat all the cheesecake we can handle because that's what Codie's do to have fun! If you laugh when you eat cheesecake, all the calories disappear...yes they DO, it's in the Codie Handbook, Page 92, Section IV where it clearly says "If Codies gathered eat cheesecake and laugh at the same time, all the calories disappear".
See?
