I'm afraid I don't know much about tablets because I don't take them... but my advice to you is to speak to your doctor. They will know what is best for you. I suffered from the same things, once over, and I know how uncomfortable they make one feel.
Until you speak to your GP, remember that breathing exercises, done properly, can help both of the issues that you mention.

Hi Stimmed Thank you so much for the very kind reply , my doctor (GP) and psychiatrist are coming tomorrow morning to re assess me and give me some 'long-term' medications, but I have been on countless medications before and none of them have helped apart from benzos (which I don't want to be on), and I want to be sure I get the right one this time, your advice is very good, thank you
