panic attacks and flying
I'm not sure where to begin... but the fact is, when I drank all of the time, I could fly and not be worried... just about a month ago I was flying and got a panic attack.. lasted about 15 minutes.. I've read alcohol withdrawal related to having panic attacks... I know everything is fine. I just have to teach myself ways to cope.
