My gf taught me this the other night. I am really pleased that I've learnt it:
Write down all the things that are bothering you, pilling up, or getting on your nerves.
Then, applying the serenity prayer/saying underline each of the things you can change, and all the things you can't with a different coloured pen. Then set about getting it under control.
Priceless!
